About me, my market, and what I love most about my work:
I am the founder and editor of Nerdtropolis. Since a young age, I have had a deep passion for movies, and this led me to write my first movie reviews at the age of 11. Going to the nearest store to buy the latest VHS release became a weekly ritual, marking the start of my journey into the world of entertainment journalism. What I enjoy most about my job is creating movie reviews, sharing my insights, and contributing to a community of fellow “Nerds.”

My passion project, Nerdtropolis, was born from a desire to combat the click-bait articles that have overrun the internet. The world of pop culture deserves a reliable source of information, free from sensationalism. I envisioned changing the landscape of entertainment news, creating a haven for enthusiasts like myself who crave genuine and thoughtful content.
What it means to me to be part of the CCA:
As a member of the Critics Choice Association, it is a great honor that reflects the credibility of myself and Nerdtropolis. It signifies my commitment to excellence in entertainment journalism and acknowledges the influence we have in providing reliable and insightful reviews. This association allows us to contribute to the broader conversation around the industry, further raising the standards of film criticism.
My favorite film/TV series that I am currently watching and why:
One of my favorite TV series at the moment is “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters”. It’s a captivating addition to Legendary’s MonsterVerse. I’ve already had a sneak peek at the first eight episodes, and I can’t wait to watch the rest of the series. What I love about the show is its ability to enthrall both die-hard fans and newcomers to the MonsterVerse. It combines excellent storytelling with breathtaking visuals on a cinematic scale.
