- Biography:
- Joe Friar is a 29 year radio broadcast veteran and currently the host of the Breakfast Buzz morning show on Hit Radio 104.7 KVIC FM. He reviews movies on the air every Friday morning on a segment called FLIX. Joe also reviews films for The Victoria Advocate newspaper, where his FLIX column appears every Thursday. He is also a member of the Houston Film Critics Society (HFCS) and a strong supporter of independent film, Joe serves as a juror each year for the Victoria Texas Independent Film Festival (vtxiff.com).
